FOLLOWING SEAS
The meaning behind the name
"Fair winds and following seas" is a traditional salute to sailors to wish them well on their voyage. The name and logo which includes a nautical element serves as a metaphor for guidance through a mental journey of discovery. It is also a tribute to our brave service members, veterans and their families. Following Seas is proud to offer specialized mental health for first responders, military, and veterans. However, if you are not apart of those communities you are still welcome to become a client and receive high quality clinical therapy.
ALL ABOUT THERAPY
Individualized treatment for whatever stage you're at.
You may have heard the phrase, "it takes a village." Having a qualified therapist that makes you feel safe is a key part of your village when it comes to healing. We work together with our clients to make a treatment plan that aligns with their unique goals. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, we respect you as fellow human beings and aim to make you feel comfortable in the therapeutic environment. We use evidence-based practice and theory to help you heal your nervous system safely with a bit of humor when the opportunity presents itself, too.
Accepting clients for individual therapy!
