Looking for clinical supervision or consultation? You've come to the right place!

As a therapist, I know firsthand how important clinical supervision is for becoming an effective and well-rounded therapist. That's why I offer personalized sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. My supervision sessions provide a safe space for you to discuss challenging cases, ethical dilemmas, and explore the complexity of the therapeutic relationship. Let's work together to help you become the best therapist you can be.

Am I the right fit for you?

I've got a decade of experience in the mental health field, and I have learned and grown so much in that time! I am not the same therapist I was 5 years ago, let alone 10 years ago. But it wasn't just seat time and training that got me to this level - it was having high quality supervision and consultation available to me. Putting yourself out there can be a bit anxiety provoking as it is vulnerable, however the pay-off is so worth it when you have a supportive and skillful supervisor who can help you hone your skills and shed light to your blind spots. I have attended workshops and trainings in competency-based supervision to help you get the most out of our time together in addition to work experience in a Clinical Team Lead role. I encourage you to book a free consult with me so we can discuss your goals over a virtual coffee or tea.

Ongoing Individual Supervision

We discuss goals, learning style and how I can best support you up front then meet regularly. I also can be flexible and try to accommodate for urgent matters and ethical dilemmas in between meetings.

One-off Individual Consultation

If you want my expertise on a specific issue or population, then I would love to chat! We would just meet the one time or as needed to consult.

Ongoing Group Supervision

Similar to ongoing individual supervision, but you get the benefit of hearing others' insights/learnings and cost effectiveness. Group supervision ranges from 2-6 clinicians depending on the goals and modalities.
