Family Therapy
The Family Unit is the Client
Family therapy is about supporting the family as a whole - there is no taking sides. Improve communication, heal what is hurting, and move towards harmony.

Navigating Change, Transition and Loss
Our family therapist can support your family through navigating major life transitions such as becoming new parents, new siblings joining the family, major moves, deployments and more. The role of the therapist is to ensure safety for all involved, listen deeply to everyone and facilitate key conversations that address the root emotions of all involved.
Communication, Conflict Management & Connection
We use evidence-based therapy (aka therapy that has research to support its effectiveness) to help identify and understand unhelpful patterns within the relationship and build healthier and more effective approaches to conflict and tough conversations moving forward. Think of your family therapist as a coach who wants your family (the team) to succeed without taking sides.

Co-parenting Support
Our clients appreciate how family therapy can be a safe, neutral, and un-biased grounds to work through co-parenting issues. We will look at what is working and what isn't, and come up with a fair plan moving forward.
