Join Nicole Becket MACP RCT for a gentle, two-hour introduction to Internal Family Systems through guided parts mapping.

We all have different parts within us — the one that strives to be perfect, the one that feels like it’s never enough, and the one that deeply longs for connection. What if each of these parts had something important to share?

In this workshop, you’ll begin to:

• Explore and map your inner parts.
• Understand the reasons parts show up the way they do.
• Build a more compassionate relationship with your parts and experiences.

Where: 366 Lacewood Drive, 3rd Floor, Halifax, NS

What: A small, structured education and workshop session informed by a therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS) (this session is not processing therapy, not sharing trauma details - think more like a class about emotions and understanding you inner experiences)

For who: Busy professionals who are interested in slowing down to learn more about your inner world, feel more compassionate towards yourself and understand why certain triggers affect parts of you or why certain reactions happen.

Fees: $120 per participant - check to see if your insurance benefits covers Registered Counselling Therapist services.
