Samantha Sarty (formerly King) RN CPMHN(C) MSW RSW

Ever since I was a kid I've had a passion for learning about what makes us tick and helping people. This led me to my career as a mental health nurse and clinical social worker where I specialize in supporting folks through high stress careers, trauma, and life transitions. If you are apprehensive about therapy, I want you to know that I have seen and heard a lot in my decade plus of professional experience and am not the kind of therapist that is easily frazzled by intensity or complexity. I am steadfast in my ability to provide a grounded presence for heavy topics, and challenge my clients to reach their goals with warmth.

I listen deeply to your concerns, and meet you where you are at when it comes to your goals. I encourage clients to slow down, and be curious about what's coming up for them in session. I bring all my tools to help you understand yourself better, heal your nervous system and feel more grounded with whatever life is throwing at you.
